GnuPG is a complete and free from the GNU project's OpenPGP standard as defined in 4880. GnuPG allows to encrypt and sign your data and communication, features a versatile key management system as well as access modules for all types of public key directories. GnuPG, also known as GPG, is a command line tool and functions for easy integration with other applications. A large number of applications and interface libraries are available. GnuPG version 2 also provides support for S / MIME.
